Each attendee registers with their contact info before being photographed, and the system automatically sends them their photos in real time. I arrive fully equipped with professional camera bodies, lenses for every situation (wide-angle for venue shots, telephoto for stage and speakers, fast primes for low-light candids), and portable lighting when needed. I don't rely on your venue's lighting to get great results.
It happens, and I'm flexible. If your event runs over, I'll continue shooting and we'll settle the additional time at the same hourly rate. No surprise fees, just straightforward communication.

As early as possible. Weekends and peak event season (spring and fall) in Atlanta fill up quickly. For large-scale events, I recommend reaching out at least 4-6 weeks in advance. That said, I've accommodated last-minute requests when my schedule allows. It never hurts to ask.
